Welcome to the launch of the UK Reflexology Conference 2018.
We are excited to announce you can now book for the UK Reflexology Conference 2018. We are now able to take bookings for this exciting event. Please read all of the information and select your booking preferences. There are limited numbers so please make your booking as soon as you can and make sure you have secured your place. We have worked hard to make this the best and most affordable event that we can.
We felt that it is time that we told everyone the theme of this much anticipated conference!
In honour of our big belief in the multi-talented abilities of reflexologists and the huge variety of approaches used, loved and taught, we knew that the theme needed to be an all-encompassing one.
We have therefore decided to call the conference:-

Reflexology has always been about creating and offering our best to all of our clients and for the world. "The Colours of Reflexology" is meant as a way of bringing people together who have various and diverse ways of describing, enjoying or teaching Reflexology.
Bringing a Rainbow of Reflexologists together is our intention to facilitate a beautiful exchange of enjoyment, enthusiasm and energy. There will be accelerated learning opportunities, shared wisdom and facts to discover.
Note from Sue:
"I'm not sure what the collective name for a group of reflexologists is (!!) however I feel that it can be a rainbow of reflexologists! All colours, methods and viewpoints are valid as they all make up the rainbow."
The Conference plan is to bring together for all kinds of presentations in order to inspire, intrigue and inform reflexologists.
The whole spectrum of reflexology is huge and both ends of the spectrum are valid and shall be appreciated and respected.
The UK Reflexology Conference will be a colourful, bright and cheerful affair that has had oodles of love, effort and planning poured into it. We look forward to seeing you there as you get to experience the conference buzz and energy.
As the theme will be The Colours of Reflexology; you are welcome to express that in your clothing and items brought with you to the conference!
We will have lots of goodies ready and waiting for you as you register. All of the rainbow of reflexologists will be catered for in a variety of ways including food choices.
Our Colours of Reflexology theme will allow each attendee to enjoy the broad variety of speakers as they each present their own speciality. There will be a wide selection of topics from national and international speakers... see list of speakers below
The rainbow of reflexologists will be offered photo opportunities too - so feel free to make the most of that as well!

This is a 3 day conference from Friday 2nd - Sunday 4th March 2018 with a welcome reception on the evening of Thursday 1st March 2018. We will also be holding a Gala Dinner in the evening on Saturday 3rd March 2018 (additional costs apply)
If you have ever been to a conference before you will know how incredible they are and if this is your first conference you are in for a treat. Please listen to our Voice of Reflexology interviews which has a really big array of speakers talking about reflexology and many were recorded at conferences over the past couple of years.
A 3 day conference ticket includes:
A welcome reception including a drink and cold finger buffet on Thursday 1st March 2018 from 5.30 - 7.30pm
3 Day conference entry
Hot buffet lunches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Light refreshments throughout the day

The UK Reflexology Conference 2018 is a totally independant event that is open to all from every level of interest in Reflexology. I am so pleased that people are as excited as I am about it. We have created a lovely dedicated team who are all doing their best to put together the best event possible. We delighted to say that the Conference will also be supported by the Association of Reflexologists and Balens specialist insurance brokers. We are very grateful for their support and look forward to seeing everyone at the Event in March 2018 when we all meet together!

If you are paying in instalments you will receive an email on w/c 25th May 2017, 25th September 2017 and 29th January 2018 requesting the next instalments payment or you have the option to pay the remaining balance. Payment will be due within 14 days of these dates or we have the right to cancel your ticket booking and release it for resale, all monies paid already are non-refundable. By paying your deposit you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your ticket for any reason you may do so. Any cancellations requested before 17th December 2017 will incur a cancellation fee of £81 for the 3 day conference ticket, £90 for the 3 day conference and Gala Dinner ticket or £9 for the Gala Dinner ticket. If you have opted to pay in instalments your deposit paid will be non-refundable, all other payments will be refunded as long as the request has been submitted by 17th December 2017. If cancellation is requested after the 17th December 2017 all monies paid are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost.
